Due to the nature of all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible, as a result once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.

Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Florida.

First Class Mail takes approximately 4 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Florida

 You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. 

If you have sensitivities to any listed ingredients should not use the product, always do an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs discontinue use of the product.
